   Rilance new plan it is plan for 250Rs- More talk time , permant phone for incoming

   Tracfone nationwide prepaid wireless. Pay as you go. Costs me $19.95 a month.

   Pretty much all cell phone companies include free long distance with all of there plans. From the cheap ones to the exspensive ones. It just depends on the phone or service u want.
